Turtle Beach Px5 Problems.

So I've had Turtle Beach's for a while and I wanted to use them for my computer for skype so I plugged it in, and it installed but when I went to activate it, it came up with this:



The top got cut out but it says 'Unspecified'

I have another headset that is a USB but it wont show up on my computer either.

It has a audio jack for Speaker and Microphone.

Use that instead of usb. It will always make everything easier.
