Use vectors, it looks like you drew them with your mouse in some drawing program.

Basically they are points that make perfect straight lines / curves and can be resized to any resolution without losing any quality.

Most programs use vectors under the name of the "Pen Tool" or "Point Tool" or something like that. Not the paint brush tool or the pencil tool

There's a free vector program but I'm spacing on it's name. It's like Inkscape or something... I use Adobe Illustrator for drawing and Photoshop for shadowing, glowing, or bevel effects.
