Is anybody planning anything for this friday?

I'm just curious.
I'm not talking about hiding in a bunker or some stupid stuff like that, I was just wondering if anybody was going to throw a party or something.

Alot of people around my area are throwing an end of the world party.
Problem is, it's supposed to happen sometime in the middle of the day, so scheduling a party at night (assuming the myth is true) would be completely pointless.

The myth itself isn't true -- the mayans believed time to be infinite, this was simple the end of a cycle (they expected to live longer than they did, obviously).  Anyone who believes it doesn't know anything about the mayans or their perception of time.

On the offchance that someone decides to create a self fulfilling prophecy (which, given the amount of nuclear warheads we have ready to launch, is far from impossible), I'm a little unsure as to the ultimate turnout.

I hate a stuffon of things planned for Friday, sadly.

I have to play in a Hockey Game against about 15 teachers in front of hundreds of people. Before that (tomorrow), I get to give a propaganda speech in front of hundreds and hundreds of people.
