Just wondering what your opinion is on gun control in the county.

I believe that its ok to have small firearms and shotguns for hunting or sport but anything high caliber should not be available to buy and own.

Why does caliber matter? An automatic .22 will probably do way more damage than a bolt action rifle of a huge caliber. I'm almost positive no crimes are committed with a .50 rifle

By "high calibre" he probably means something like a .223 or a 7.62mm

Honestly, IMO guns just need to be regulated more, I know people are going for the "hurp lol if you get rid of guns people won't be able to defend themselves from the people who do have them illegally!!!" retort, but I'm pretty sure many gun related deaths come from dumb legal gun owners.
Yeah, I know I'm going to get flamed for that, but a lot of people here are proud as hell over their guns lol

Gun control is stupid. Why in particular should we get our guns taken away form us? Because of the "Fast and Furious"? Because of a school shooting? Honestly, just because one person does something bad with a gun doesn't mean everyone should be banned of guns. Banning guns is taking away our 2nd amendment right, and if the government takes that away. Then the people are going to get pretty loving mad.

So no, in my opinion banning guns is incredibly stupid and its just the Government trying to take away our rights.
