I've only been in snow in the neighborhood I lived in once in my life.
And that was like 4 years ago

my school never closes for weather. never. god damnit canada (or at least the part I live in)

Where there is little snow the city doesn't invest in many salt spreaders or snow ploughs, so roads take longer to clear.
