Tell him that I'm taking him to the zoo, but on the way make a detour to a construction sight. There I would close and tape his box pick him up and through him into a pit. Afterwards I would hot wire a cement truck and use it to fill the pit with cement. I would then purchase the property and build a small 2 bedroom house on top of the cement pit. It would be a good night.
