Sony did it first. It was bad then, it's been bad forever. Nintendo is a stuff company, stop supporting them
Wut
Nintendo basically did this stuff with the Gamecube and Gameboy Advance
Sony didn't even make the PSP then

Oh look, its the ignorant back door. Lets prove him wrong.

1) Nintendo saved the gaming industry from the gaming crash of 1983
2) Nintendo invented portable games
3) Nintendo revolutionized 3D platformers
4) Nintendo created motion control
5) Nintendo invented the save feature
6) Nintendo invented the D-pad
7) Nintendo invented the "+" shape in which the buttons are.
8) Nintendo invented the shoulder buttons

This is what a badly photoshopped gaming controller would be like without Nintendo.

Here, go play your bad games.

Correct me if i'm wrong but...
Didn't they also, make the joy sick and pressure sensitive shoulder pads?

you'd think that with the quality of Sony's products that Nintendo invented hardware that doesn't fall apart when you look at it.

no

Sony is blatantly copying Nintendo (again), but if that embraces the way of playing (and of course, Nintendo doesn't mind), it's all good.

Play it, if you don't like it, then you can bitch about its gameplay, but don't defend Nintendo, I bet they copied other companies in the past, and they will in the future, and every other company will copy what Nintendo copied.

It's not like Nintendo pays you to defend them... in that case, yeah, bitch about it.

There is no such thing as an original idea anymore (Kinda depends though). All ideas are based off of former ideas which are based off of former ideas

no

This. Chaos theory doesn't truly apply there. Im sure someone would of said "Oh maybe i should add more buttons"

These features would have been added later then.

>wii
"lol motion controls are so friend"
>introduce kinect and psmove
"wow how innovative; nintendo should start being original sometime lol"

I still hate the gaming community because of this
and because of THIS incident with the wii u, I'm pissed

Nintendo is the only major video game company who's always creating new ways of play and they're the only thing that brings hope to the future of gaming. In my opinion, it's good that other companies are using these new ideas, but everyone just needs to remember who to thank.

Sony did it first. It was bad then, it's been bad forever. Nintendo is a stuff company, stop supporting them

You're a prime example of all the handicapped starfishs who bash on Nintendo just to act like a bitch.

I think every motion control is dumb and useless
and no fun
my dad has a kinect, and it hasn't been used since the first couple of weeks they had it, and it was only used then bc of my stepmom's three kids
I also have a wii, and I haven't played it for at least a year. and the only games I played with it then were Mario Kart (with the nunchuk), Twilight Princess, and that Pokemon game. Battle Royale I think

I much prefer a regular controller to anything else that has been made

Exactly how I felt. When the Wii first came out, everyone loved it, you couldn't even find them in stores because they were being sold out so fast. Then suddenly the kinect comes out and everyone acts like it's superior.
Plus the Psp, gameboy, etc. are not the same thing. Being able to connect it to a console and trade data isn't the same as being able to play the same game at the same time like the Wii U. This seems like a blatant duplication of the Wii U, not just an unoriginal idea

There are only so many ways you can make a type of product before you need to make new technology, and that takes a lot of time. Let's say the PSP copied the DS (Not saying it did). You can only make a new handheld console in a limited amount of ways. You can only make motion control so many ways before it's something completely different.

All of it is competition.

Had you even heard of Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventure
You could use the Gameboy as a controller and use the screen on it.
