Did you enable "I will upload my own avatar" before you started uploading it?

i have gone on edditing and tried to pic a picture on a file but it isnt working it jst says no file

Click Profile > Click Forum Profile Information (on the left of the window) > Check 'I will upload my own picture:' > Choose file (picture size must be 75x75 or under, the commonly used formats are GIF, PNG and JPG) > Click Change Profile at the bottom of the page > You now have your avatar
