- Getting Yellow Lag Icon Indicating Internet Issue
- Just Me Lagging (Server hosted by RTB, nobody else is lagging when I look in the online console)
- Happens 15-20 seconds at a time, completely frozen
- CPU use is ~75% and remains under 100
- Internet Speed seems fine
