You can now make a new country on the moon! However, you have to start with very few people, and must acknowledge that RAD, PR, or DoO is your parent country if it's on the moon.

Also you can make one in Antarctica too as well, if you want.

The Luna Army is boarded on the rocket. Equipment is now fully loaded also. Liftoff has taken place. The rocket will stop at the RAD-Space ST.
The ST-Deckre has arrived at the RAD-Space ST. We will take off in about 30 minutes (RLT).

Development on a design for a firearm that can fire properly and efficiently in zero-g and vaccum environments is going well, the basic design required an oxygen tank to be hooked up to the firing chamber for the bullet to properly ignite and propel through the barrel.Meanwhile, the shuttle has made its final orbit around the moon today as the last of supplies and civilians have been dropped on Luna.  It will reutrn to Earth soon to be reloaded with supplies and equipment for expansion.
