I didn't say it was a week, and i didn't say it was permanent.  It doesn't say the actual ban reason isn't even justified.

He said Badspot can't ban unless there's evidence, which just isn't true. Badspot can ban if he feels you deserve a ban. I'm not saying what he will and won't do but, but what he can do.
