What with my recent discovery of the revival of AoB, I have been putting thought to our building process.

We really need to focus on one thing. Jumping from one thing to another makes our creations scattered and our dedication just the same.

I honestly believe that we need to have one build that the entire clan is is inspired by, and work on just that, until that project is finished. I have a feeling that half doing a project, and then leaving it on the side, will never get us anywhere.

This will also get our projects out quicker, and will hopefully make the builds better, because the entire clan will be focused on just one thing, and we will all be at least fairly inspired by the activity.

Speaking of which, this will also boost our activity, and our ability to constantly produce better builds will make our clan more desirable, and perhaps yield more members.

yes this is all good stuff
the main problems i see are that i can't host often enough in a short period of time to pump out enough with the initial motivation
after that the drive to do it goes away pretty fast because of things like myself losing interest and you guys also losing interest
and id really like it if instead of me asking to host YOU guys asked me to host. i can always throw up a server, but recently ive been absolutely swamped by school work with little time to even reach my computer. this is why i havent hosted in a very recent time frame.

id also like to bring the subject of the vice president of the clan to the forefront, as dillpickle has been having way too much loveytime with his gf and like literally no contact or play in the game. social lives are perfectly okay to have but you need to put in something resembling effort at some point, dillpickle. you have been inactive for a very long time and im considering replacing you as vice because you're not actually helping anything at this point. id be surprised if you knew we were working on misty shoal. please inform me if you intend on doing anything with the clan.

i also believe that if we were to recruit some fresh members, we could definitely work a lot more on our stuff, as newbies are much less likely to goof off because im still watching them. our members list is also very outdated and quite frankly pretty forgetin dead. id say right now we have like 4 or 5 actual members and everybody else is just here. its not a huge problem but there comes a point where the friends-clan and professional building clan ideals kind of clash, and i'd rather have us be doing stuff for blockland to see rather than simply hanging out. im considering a purge to the members list, thoughts?

I'm working on a clan application but it might take a while. I'd rather not post it unfinished or without an interior but it's def. on the way. If you'd like to see how it's going I have a server up today under the name 'Xi'.
