Yes, I used that in my title. Sue me.
Basically you post your favorite and least favorite antiviruses.

Avast and Malwarebytes are my favorites.
AVG...oh god. I don't even feel like talking about it.

I use Norton but when I record videos a stupid screen opens saying "blahblahblah has high CPU isage"

I just use Microsoft Security Essentials.. yeah.


I don't think I actually have an anti-virus enabled




with all the research I watch I think I'm just really, really lucky

No viruses use over 20% of CPU usage. Norton is terrible.

Anyway Avast!, ESET, Kaspersky, and MSE are all good.
McAfee's and Norton 360 are just horrendous.

I agree Norton is a piece of stuff, but my dad claims its the best and worries that if I download
an antivirus I'll get a virus.

I have no clue

I have some crappy "Webroot" nonsense my computer came with. I've never had a problem.

I just use MSE (which is integrated in Windows 8) and Malwarebytes Pro.

I hate Norton.

it's really not that hard to avoid viruses
also malwarebytes is nice
avast + malwarebytes + not being stupid is the best way to go
