Good power supply units from $30 - $48 for ATX12V?

Can anyone find a good power supply unit (computer component) ranging from 30 to 45 dollars and the type being ATX12V on Newegg? I have all my other components to build a computer in mind but I can't seem to have any luck on a power supply. Thanks in advance.
