Some Sort of High-Rise (Application for Height)

This is some sort of high rise I build on Whermacht's server. Him and dill told me to post the topic so here it is. Not much else to say, so on to pictures.

 But as I said earlier, it's a given, so you have my vote. It looks quite nice and cozy and it fits the city well, and is a huge contribute.

That's what a skyscraper is.
First floor is spetshal, the rest are all the symetrical.
Requirements:

• It looks like a building one would see today: YES
• It is definatly not an eyesore: Why yellow? But YES
• Well colored/textured, not too jumpy, but not too mono: YES
• Comparitive Score: 9.6/10 (Anything above 8.2 is good)
  
• General Score: 7.8/10 (Anything above a 6 is good)
