It barely requires any skill to do what he does, he drives till he locates a player, switches to the turret, fires and switches back; repeating and gaining kills in a cheap, but effective way.

His success rate is very high, as depicted in the image.

When I was viewing the pictures I really didn't focus on him using a tank, that is expected in any fighting game. But the fact that he kept spamming the chat after every kill would get annoying.
