I'm getting one of these two GPUs.

And I need you guy's help.

The problem is I can get one or the other but they seem really similar to me.
And buying online is not an option so  I have to go buy it at Frys.

I'm sure most of you guys have heard of Frys.

The main issue is one is an nVidia card and the other is a ATi/AMD Card.

Radeon 6670 HD [GDR5 1GB]

GeForce GT640 [DDR3 2GB]

So which ones better?

And yes I can only go under $100
I have left my options to be one of these two, as I perfer one with two fans for max cooling.

the 6670, assuming it's the gddr5 version
the gt640 is horrible excuse for a $100 gpu

I know there is other ways to remove heat such as heatpipes(I think thats what their called?)
But I like control over airflow more.

To be honest I'm an AMD guy, so by default I'd side with the 6670
