That is how bad my internet is at times in case anybody was wondering lol.

My best test is 1303Kbps down and 736Kbps up with a 43ms ping, but I rarely get that due to the extreme congestion in my area, the tests above are almost standard. :/

What? A bit is a single 1 or 0, there are 8 bits in a byte. A megabyte is a thousand bits, or 125 bytes. Just divide your Mbps by 8 to get MB/s.

honestly pretty stuffty considering what I'd get if my computer was downstairs. The corner that it's in just happens to be a loving dead spot for some reason. I have to keep fiddling with the position of my wifi adapter

Actually it contains 4 pairs of wires; half of them don't necessarily transmit data.
