Do you have an advantage in an FPS if you have a higher download speed than upload? (or because it's client-sided people will receive the signal that they received damage less often, instead creating a disadvantage?

My grandparents don't need anything better than DSL right now, as this is probably the best in their area.

Speeds will probably go up as more fiber optic cables for Internet are installed in South America.
