Cant find good picture settings for my Vizio led TV

Title, I've been looking it up but I cannot find the right model.
The TV is a Vizio Led E320-A1 HDTV, 32 inches I believe, also my first HDTV.
Any suggestions?
I'm using it for Gaming and TV, of course.
