Pinging someone means a mere 32 bytes of data being sent to the IP of someone to test how long it takes to reach it.It's not bad at all.
He added -t -l 160000 or whatever. thats 160000 bytes of data.
"ping 96.41.246.10 -t -l 65500"-l 65500 means "ping with a size of 65500 bytes", and -t means "do not stop pinging until the user presses Ctrl+C".
