For a full list, go here. Most of you know Kalphiter. He can more or less be a contributing member here on the forums and in-game, but his attitude is really his major down fall, and it shows throughout his posts and online, interpersonal behavior. At times, he can be calm and cool. Other times, he just hates everyone and wants to crush everything in his path.
BACK STORY

Around 8:00pm Eastern Timezone (GMT -5), I connected to Kong123 & Wink's Death Race just to have a little fun, hang out with a few friends, etc. I found Kalph there, and to put it lightly, he was dominating. Having had no previous interaction with him in any way, shape or form, I attempted to strike up a conversation "Hey Kalph, how are you?" He was busy driving, so I was ignored. Fair enough. The next round I was on his team, in his car, and over team chat I was teasing him a little; "Lol Kalph is a loser," "Worst driver evr," "Kalph pls dai." This clearly did not bother him, as he continued on (with no threat of being overtaken or killed.)
The problem arose when we were on different teams. He was ahead, and I had taken a late start. My teammates knew my particular abilities and informed me of where Kalphiter was. Based off of his location, I had to make a judgement call: try and out-drive him, or wait for him at a jump-crossing and intercept him. I decided on the latter, because he was way too far ahead, and I was much more experienced in the latter. I had a healthy arsenal at my disposal (thank you T+T); A chef's Knife, Akimbo Covert Pistols, Sniper Rifle and a Flak Cannon.
Kalphiter would round a turn and I would hit his jeep with my sniper, but he just wouldn't go down. So when he got close enough, I used a flak cannon on him (4 rounds used to incapacitate Kalphiter.) He of course went berserk, first claiming that I was cheating, then claiming I had a weapon that didn't exist within the minigame, and lastly claiming that I was camping (which in reality, it is, but it's also a death race with guns and no rules regarding staying in one spot.) The admin that was online at the time almost would have been in favor of banning me, but I talked my way out of it; there was no rule against camping, and the weapon WAS on the sale boards.
Once Kalph realized what weapon I was using, it's potential and the power it granted it's user, he HAD to have one. And I'll admit, he used it well; corner camping, waiting under a jump, hitting people from above, etc. But he still believed that I was in the wrong, and believed that the weapon should be removed. He goes on and on about how the weapon is overpowered and unfair, and then real calamity strikes; He decides that the only way to get his way, is to display that flaws of the weapon. To do so (see the first image in the gallery link,) he starts to load his item load-out, then toss a flak cannon on the ground, then reload and repeat the process. He did this over the course of 4-5 rounds, all in front of me.
When this occurred, I brought it to the attention of one of the server admins; Ozmar. Ozmar asked that I provide picture proof of Kalphiter, and I complied. He banned Kalph, and that was that. Until Kong came on and de-admined Ozmar, much to the shock of a good majority of the server. Kalph later comes back on and has the nerve to comment on it, and much later on say, and I quote (see image 19) "What was kong thinking"
SUMMARY
Kalphiter admits to being in the wrong, works against his own cause, and is a general nuisance. I don't believe this drama will change the forum's view of Kalphiter for better or worse, however given the situation of the server, I believe that some light needs to be shown upon the situation; Kalphiter has given people flak cannons freely, with the ability to save it to their load-out for future use. An estimated 20 flak cannons had been dropped (that's roughly 5 per round that he was active), and at least 4~6 were claimed and saved. In the climax of all of this, almost EVERYONE was using flak cannons at the spawn, jeeps could hardly get out the door, and people were being launched every which way. Before Kalphiter had 'so graciously shared his wealth', the server was much more pleasant.
