no it would make it better, you can still have 20-50 seconds of time to murder more people and jack their vehicles

it actually goes from 5-50, this mod is meant for death race server's though and it fits well, if for some reason you really can't have it between 5-50 you can set the variable through the console using $VDT::Time = 1337;
