Make a stealth version where you can stealth IP ban someone, and they lag out.

When they attempt to rejoin, it just makes it so that it seems to them that the server lagged out.

Can you IP Ban someone not on the server?
Do IP bans save after the server goes down?

maybe have a setting so it IP bans a person when they're perma banned by an admin

Yes, you just need to know their IP address.

Yes, they are saved and loaded from config/server/IPBanList.cs

I could add that...

Why are you using while loops?

Too bad that anyone who knows how to use a proxy correctly can still rejoin.

No.

Do this so I don't have to watch alt accounts on different IPs sieging servers.

I have a suggestion: How about save both the IP and BLID of the banned person? That way, if they connect from a different IP, it bans that IP as well? Idk how you would get that to work, but is it possible?

Redundant, because if they got IP banned on that ID then that ID is already banned under the normal ban system anyways.

Except if you join under the wrong IP you get regular banned.

So you have to know to reset your router after you get IP banned, but before you or your alt gets regular banned.

So it can't be done? Damn. That would have been really cool. (and effective)

No, it can be done. I'm not doing it because it doesn't accomplish anything different.

I sound really dumb here

but how do you find out the IP Address of a person?

You have to use a console command. However, this is why I made it so you can just do /ipban <name>
