There is no names to address as the drama is not about a person, it's about the flaw of a server.
There is no need of evidence as he is not trying to prove a point as it is already known by people involved in the server. Check the post above yours.
Op. Just talk to the host instead of making a silly topic with only one sentence. This is a drama board, and you are not dramatizing, only pointing out a flaw which is fixed with an event.
