The type of computer does not matter, the steps for a PC will work on a Mac. Macs do not access routers differently, and they do not have a special page. Macs and PC's are almost exactly the same when it comes to managing something like a router.
Look at your router, find out the brand name and model, then go to
http://www.portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Blockland/Blocklandindex.htm
Find your router model in that list, follow the simple visual instructions, ????, Profit.

Why must you always end your ionstructions with '???, profit.'
