Whats the best way to compress a fraps video?

Since fraps vids are so large i really want to know how to make them smaller. How?

Just put it into any video editing program and export it in the same resolution, and adjust the quality using the bitrate. No special software needed.

well it does about 20 different formats of your choice.
and basic avi's are about as good as quality vs size as anyone will ever need.

Ok so go into blockland and in settings it will tell you the screen resolution you're currently running BL in.
