AKG K240. AFAIK they're the cheapest (at $60) and best sounding monitors you can get right now.

You using the one built into FL?

I usually just set it to monotone, sync it to the beat, export it as a wave, and then import it into newtone and do the pitch changes there.

That makes too much sense
I give up on doing this in one go, so I might end up doing that bit in audacity.
