Actually, I thought about the point that BluetoothBoy brought up, that the first song Nal linked could be a variant of Drumstep. This swingy kind of style at ~170 BPM is actually a really common style, and I wonder if it actually has its own subgenre.

I've noticed a general (albeit somewhat loose) similarity between the songs they release. But for the most part I see some similarity, whereas in this one I wouldn't guess that it's a Monstercat release if I hadn't seen that it was first.
