how do i make a body decal?

okay, there are so many things about this, and none of them help. at all.
so can someone please break it down for me, bit by bit, because something has gone batstuff crazy for this to go down.

try to keep up.
so first off;
1. i have a folder with thumbs and a large decal (512x512, PNG).
2. inside thumbs is a small decal (64x64, PNG)
3. both are same name

this is for a body, and it will not show up in the list. the face is made, and works perfect   but i still cant seem to make the body work. can someone please help?
if you dont understand, just ask me to clarify.

I think, that the body image has to be named Decal_(your name here) and for the face it has to be named Face_(your name here)

nah, just named the face without face, and it works perfect. that cant be it...

download some other body decals and just look through the folder and learn how it needs to look like. thats how i learn to do stuff.
