Why do boy scouts get so much flack?

Oh hey seeing as we're on the topic of scouts, let me drop this in here

Back in the day when I used to live in this small, stuffty town called Newhaven, I went to a small, stuffty scout gathering
I was looking up information on the website and there are different types of scouts for different age groups
The 5-7 year olds are the beavers and their groups are known as colonies
I go on their website which is covered with Comic Sans and stuffty artwork made on MS Paint (I'm guessing by the kids);
I stuff you not
What is meant to say "Find your nearest colony" reads "Find your nearest colon"
Me and my mum were pissing ourselves for hours

No, you can be any religion, they have different services for religion at some camps. I just think they don't allow athiests in, but you could probably bypass that by not getting in everyone's face.

Just the fact that they don't allow that in the first place makes it worthy of being hated.

Don't worry about it. Rank isn't based on age I believe, only Eagle scouts have anything to do with age where you have to be 16.

There isn't an age requirement to become an eagle

Besides the fact that you have to be > 18 (i think?), since you can only be a boyscout when you're >18
