guys is the r7 260x any good for games like tf2

I just got an FX 8320 for Christmas and went to take of the heatsink to my Phenom II x965.

What is the best way of removing this? I can't get it off with my bare hands and luckily none of the pins got bent when it got forcibly removed from the socket.

try heating the heatsink somehow. thats what you get for using that cheap stuff lol.

is this concerning
yes you have an ugly case

Jk

But I got my Enthoo Pro today. Rebuilt my entire computer, took a shower, tore down my old computer (for parts, and not completely), and cleaned the paste off of another CPU all in two hours.

My new case is amazing.

you gotta be careful not to bend pins (if you even care about it and wanna reuse it)
otherwise it shouldnt be hard to just twist and snap it off.
the cement would clean off the sink easily anyways

I don't know what you mean by cheap stuff.  Thermal paste is supposed to hardened like cement when cool, the only true way to reactivate thermal paste back to a liquid state is to bake it at 350 degrees, or just simply introduce it to 91% isopropyl alcohol like I did with mine when doing the H105 install, and wipe it away with cotton pads.

Pretty much had this exact experience when upgrading my Phenom II to a newer FX processor. You just have to slowly and carefully work it off of the thermal paste.
