I'm upgrading from an AMD Radeon 7770 GHz edition to an EVGA Nvidia GTX 950 SSC because the displayport on the AMD card crapped out. Can't wait for it to arrive in the next few days

i used to have a 7770
it was a great card but i sure wouldn't want it today
you should notice a performance increase

Which of these parts would be worth upgrading first assuming I can only do one? My Nvidia GTX 760 (2 GB) or my Intel i7-3770 (Non-overclockable, 3.4 GHz)?

I think I have a boner for this case.
The issue is - would no side fans/openings be a particular issue? It has a frontal and a back one.

looks like an entry level atx case, fans should be fine
you shouldn't put hardware in a case like that that would require more than just one - two frontal intake fans and an exhaust
