yeah but there's factors, that's why you have some people with fx 8 on top and others with i7 on top, it's a never ending battle because benchmarks aren't highly accurate.

I accidentally removed internet explorer from the start menu on my windows 8 laptop. I tried to re-add it but it sends me to the desktop with internet explorer windowed and the icon on the start menu is different as well. Does anyone know how to fix it back to the way it was?

You should be able to just drag IE back to the start menu.

i meant i7-4770k (what i have now), the 3770k is sandy bridge and the 4770k is the newest haswell

I can get it on the start screen but it is just a shortcut to accessing it on my desktop. I want the internet explorer app that is fullscreen and has the different features to be there.

There is a law of diminishing returns for computer technology, the higher in price something goes the less the benefit between it and the next cpu there is
