Skip the cooler.
Alright, thanks for all the help, yall!
If you have the cash I would still get the cooler, my intel i5 used to get near 63°C when I would play things like BF3 and ArmA II, I lowered my temp to 48°C with that cooler. And the cooler your parts the better. For a extra $40 it would be a good idea(if you have extra cash).

ok, ok fine

here
Thanks, if I was able to add money to the budget I would.

Considering how much is saved with that rig I could take that 4gb and get 8gb RAM instead so I can take and get more power out of it.
No extra cooler, hm... Maybe there should be one because I plan on playing stuff like GTA IV and Saints Row 3

BOOO All-In-One liquid coolers, BOOOO! It's all about the Noctua NH-D14, or any similar cooler. But really I just have a thing for gigantic air coolers.

But you agree that you're OCD

I have a c70 which is one of the few cases that can actually fit a dual 140mm fan liquid coolers, so I decided to forget it and try out one.

I've owned like 5 gaming PC's all air cooled, and so I decided I might as well see how liquid cooling stacks up against it, and in the end liquid cooling kicks ass.

It can have a ton more issues though, the first h110 they sent me the pump was grinding so I had to RMA it, only to find out the second one they sent me had a crack in the reservoir, so I finally got a working one, changed out the fans to corsair silent fans and now I couldn't live without it

yep ;-;

I just now looked at 63C being 145F, thats not bad at all considering that my current stuff PC can take up to 165F before going down. Pretty sure new CPUs can take much much more.

My PC is currently 131F idling. (pretty normal for this PC)

This isn't up to anybody but yourself. Reviews don't necessarily mean anything.
