It'll be able to run quite a lot, nothing new obviously and nothing on good settings but if you need a GPU it's an option.

My brother has a GeForce 210 (~$35)and it can run Skyrim on mid/low settings with reasonable fps.

intel hd 4000 could probably run stuff better than that

so its better to just save up
