If I need to connect more fans than my mobo allows, would this work to connect it to my PSU? Yes, I have an available molex cable.

You don't need to bump this because you didn't get a reply right away.

Yea, I use one because I have 7 fans on my case.

Question, I live in a home with smokers and sometimes they have people over. Also smokers.
They smoke like freight trains and fills the place ceiling to floor with smoke, will the smoke mess with my PC?

It can damage it, the tar in cig's doesn't fully burn so tar particals are pretty much floating around and can damage your computer.

In that case I need to find some compressed air and clean my PC out. Smoke may be the reasons our other computers died.

Tar is sticky and will stick to your components and cause them to collect dust even more, don't know how effective compressed air will be.

I know that tar is sticky, I'm sure I'll be able to do something about it. Considering that air is constantly being pushed OUT of my PC I'm sure not much has gotten in.

Then more tar contaminated air is pushed in.

I don't have any in fans, only out. The rest are just vents. The PSU fan draws in air but thats in a spot where smoke doesn't really get to

Tar isn't just in smoke, it gets in all the air. The entire room.

In that case my lungs are pure tar.
Aside from that, I opened my PC case and ran my finger across a few components, its a little dusty but not sticky at all so I know there isn't any tar on the parts.

Easy, upgrade your GPU. Get either something like a GTX 770 or a R9 280.

Upgrading my HDD soon. Was thinking of a WD Black 750GB. Is there a big difference between WD Blue and Black?
