ehh, i've had bad experience with toshibas
i had one that burned side of my desk because it overheated so much

ok new question
my computer has its gpu EMBEDDED into the motherboard (onboard)
can i buy a better gpu and stick it in there and it will run fine?
or will that be a problem
do i have to buy another motherboard?

As long as the motherboard has a PCI-E slot you can put a dedicated graphics card in your computer and it'll work fine

i can't even unlock my 4th core on my processor because i only have a 400w power supply

 :panda:

can somebody suggest me some power supplies?

Look at it.

If it has a slot on it that looks like the one labelled x16 then you're good to go.

Something like a HD 7750 or 7770.

I used a 6770 a few years ago, solid card. The 7750 and 7770 should both be ample for mid-level gaming at current gen, I used to get 50~ FPS on high preset in BF3 with my 6770.
There might be better alternatives available but they aren't known to me so it might be worth waiting for someone else to chime in.

Corsair sells decent ones at a decent price. I got my 650W for my rig a little while ago.

CHALLENGE
Find the most expensive computer but with the stufftiest specifications

Rules
  • Cannot be a Mac (lol)
  • Must be the most expensive
  • Everyone must agree it's the stufftiest you can get (And most expensive)
  • Can't be made using PC Part Picker, has to be a legit computer.

May the odds be ever in your favour.
Good luck!

Do peripherals count or must it all be hardware?

Has to be a fully working computer. OS and all.
