Ok, so I've found the video card I want!
GIGABYTE GV-N650OC-1GI GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Or you could get an R7 250X, which is something like 20% faster for the exact same price

650? What type of games or graphics do you run on your compy?
currently i can run most games at super low settings
but i have to run source games on directx7 with aax0

My computer has been freezing up randomly ever since I got it. I've been fine with it until now since its gotten worse and worse. It froze up 7 times today and they have been getting more and more frequent. It responds after freezing up after 10 minutes only to freeze up AGAIN 10 minutes later. My caps lock button on my computer doesn't light up when I click it and when the computer responds again the internet is disconnected from it and has to reconnect. I've tried updating my drivers and I tried memtest but nothing is working. Another thing is that when it starts working again my hard drive gets very loud and a lot of the time programs take ages to start as well.

If neither Capslock, Numlock or Scrolllock's lights toggle when you press the key when your PC freezes, that means that your OS froze. I'd make a backup of your important files ASAP.

forget I don't have a 1 TB backup. is there anything else i could do to fix my OS?

I don't have a 1TB backup either and it doesn't stop me from copying my important files...

Use a USB Flash drive or a DVD you could have lying around.

Another thing is that (this doesn't happen as often but it still happens). My computer screen will go completely black and my monitor will act like there is nothing connected. The only way to fix this is to restart my computer.

Also the whole computer is frozen and yet the little spinning blue ball forget is still moving but everything else is locked up

I was trying to sell off a 650w gold rated Evga power supply. High end stuff.
Near new. An 80 dollar piece for like a 10 dollar steam game.

And everyone ignored me in several comp topics.

Now I see everyone discussing psu shopping they need to do.
Jesus

What do you guys think of buying a Raspberry Pi, upgrading it with some RAM sticks laying around, and then running a Minecraft server on it?

I have this happen every so often when alt-tabbing around games.
