No 480w isn't enough. I have a 650w PSU already installed. And yeah, I will upgrade the GPU when I have enough money for a good one

Yes, unless it's making more, non regular sounds that aren't consistent, then you should be worried. I can hear my hard drive pretty clearly since the fans are pretty weak/not working/idk. It used to make stranger noises, but it's been fine for a long while now, however windows still thinks that it's bound to fail at any moment (it's been thinking that for over a year, so I doubt it has a major issue already).

this was just my computer at idle, it gets worse if you're actually doing something (like copying files)

A low hissing sound is normal but excessive clicking is a sign of a dying hard drive.

assuming the sound was only the faint clicking, it should be fine considering my HDD is plenty louder but not making any really aggressive sounds. if you hear anything that stands out or excessively loud, that is probably a sign it's dying/broken

might post the sound of it just for a second opinion though

That's just the sound of the read/write head moving over different parts of the disks. Completely normal.
