If I'm now considering a GTX 770, which manufacturer is best or if you have a specific card in mind please post it.

gtx 770 is a good choice. im considering the Titan for my build

raven are you looking for a workstation build or a gaming one

So has anyone done a custom sleeving job on their PSU?

I want to, cause my PSU has a rainbow of wires.
Don't

Spend your money on something that matters first (like a new cpu you keep obsessing about)

I personally bought a EVGA and it hasn't let me down. They're pretty much all the same unless it's a manufacturer's specific model.

Pretty much anything by EVGA and most of the 2 fan designs.

The Gigabyte Windforce model is a bit noisy in my experience.

Even the links are very similar.

The only difference besides the titles is that the second one can be sent as a gift. Other than that, i dont see anything different

The only difference I could find is that one is superclocked and the other is dual superclocked. But that's on partspicker, so don't know how reliable that is.

Alright, revised from my earlier list that included a 4GB Radeon R9 290.

Should I be worried about this note?:

The G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

yah, that stuff totally comes first, I'm just afraid doing it will take too long for me to find it worth it.

I have a Gigabyte that's been good to me for years.

Though I do have an Asus on the list for my new build... :)
