No, that's not what grounding is. "Ground out" doesn't mean connecting something to ground. As it says in the quote I showed you, it means the same thing as shorting out. So it does answer your question. I don't even know why it was a question you needed to ask. Why would he be worried about it being grounded?

If that's an issue with that case that has been documented, don't buy it, or if you own it you should probably get a different case. I've never heard of a case short circuiting a mobo, but whatever.

I'd pick a different case hillkill. Remember, you're spending hundreds of dollars in sensitive equipment, don't cheap out on the thing supposed to be protecting it.
