Well im not saying hes right but I think its possible that a keypress could make a sound and the computer decodes it into a character. Ofcourse the noise is not audable and it just carried on the 3.5mm jack.Altrough that would be stupid.

115 dollar for storage? You can just order 2 40 dollar 1Tb drives and set up a raid0. The benefits are you combines both capacity (1tb + 1tb = 2tb) and both speed so its twice as fast. And cheaper tho. The downside is if one drive fails all your data is lost
