Did you also consider that the pic of his name is a snippet from Facebook?
Did you also consider that he could've revealed that himself?
Even if he didn't, he obviously revealed one or many of those pictures, which is considerably easy to trace back to a facebook account.

There is no violation of privacy if that person goes about freely posting their personal information on the internet.

When you create a Facebook account you pretty much put your information out there. Anyone can search his name and find his profile because he willingly revealed his name on the internet. Its not a privacy violation because he willingly made the account which says his full name.

This reminds me of when people posts pictures of cars and someone always comments "why didn't you hide the license plate." A cars license plate is out in the open for anyone to see. Just like wound's name is out for anybody to see.
