Sounds like toúche. All I ask is if there is a dev. section or a section to show your actual work. It's better to show people who are interested in a clan the work they've created in order to pull them in with better interests. I, at Height, do this very efficiently with a whole section dedicated to pictures of projects we are working on, along side a News section to post anything that's been happening.
A ban list, still to show the clan who is banned, kind of shows a bad smudge on the clan somehow. To some people it could be viewed as; "wow, people hate this clan so much they'd do such a thing, would I want to get into this?" or "Wow, I'm sure those people are nice and the clan is being harsh." it's more a general perception which varies upon the person who sees it and their views.
And uniforms, I still don't see much sense to it, especially when you look like some soldier wearing a suit. If you dressed up as a construction worker (Hence the Architect reference) or suits, without the green hat, you'd be fine. That or just schedule dress codes like "Fancy" so people can have some personality along with it, and doesn't have to be forced to look the same.
Lag spikes and hiatus has been a problem for every clan so I understand you on that part, but keeping things up to date and at least giving the audience some glimpse of your work really helps.
