It was never enabled in the first place.
By SpeedKart, I meant your cars.

Weird, because when the Gamemode_SpeedKart is enabled, the Speedkarts don't move at all, only if you create a minigame, make sure that it's not really enabled

I recently hosted a server and disabled all my Add-Ons. I enabled a few, including SpeedKart.
When I tried to use any of the SpeedKart cars, they wouldn't budge. At all.
I whacked them with a hammer, teleported them from place to place. Even fed it to a shark.
They won't work. My only use for them now is a prop.
Why is this happening?

So I did a drop test dropping the karts 36 Blocks high.

Using Normal, N64, and Hover.
The N64 Bounced 4 blocks higher then the others you might want to fix it.

Totally possible. Package the change seat server commands to send a message to the other occupant like "x wants to swap seats." Then if the other person presses theirs within a certain time after the other guy, unmount one, mount the other in his spot, remount the first guy in the second spot.
