I'm gonna start with the rating then explain.
2/10
The builds themselves;
this image doesn't provide a lot to rate with, but they look like they're just a bunch of 5x tall bricks slapped together with solid white windows.
The placement of buildings;
They are scattered. There should be sidewalk extending to them or some sort of connection made to the homes. They should be level in some way, shape or form to the street.
The idea;
Recycled idea. I've seen at least 7 dayZ servers, all with a lot more balance than this.
The functionality;
Given, DayZ doesn't allow players to enter buildings from what I understand. But that doesn't mean you need to. On blockland, lack of function, especially the ability to enter a building ruins everything when it's a full, 3D house. The only time players shouldn't have to worry about entering a house is if it's flat for a background effect.
The houses: a closer look;
Looking closer you can make out the brick lines on the side of the buildings. room height ranges from 5 - 7 bricks tall from what I can tell, more so if the roof is hollow. If this is the case, close but no cigar. Unless I'm of another class of rich, most of the rooms in my house are roughly 12 feet tall (inside, that is. so a 12 ft tall basketball star would bump his head on door frames).
The roads;
Custom bricks like road plates are for lazy people who can't make streets. If you honestly cannot make streets, then at the very least add some sidewalks on the sides to add some difference to the roads.
Terrain;
What terrain. It's flat with no foliage at all.
Overall;
Remake the buildings, make custom roads, add foliage and aesthetics, relocate buildings so they seem logical (either in a town format OR a suburban format).
