- on Devo's European mini empires server. Now the thing is, Devo has no idea what happens when he isn't on, which is basically when Feline is on. To put it bluntly, Feline assumes total control of the server and makes all the rules to benefit himself. Now when I mean benefit himself, it basically means to top me. Oh, and by the by, I WAS an admin. I'll get to that in a bit.
Some examples of him being a control freak:

Telling everyone where to settle, and when I say no, he threatens to ban me, "My finger is inching towards the ban button." (I do not have screenshots of this. I have an rtb chat over another ordeal.)

When Devo says not to restart the map, then leaves, Feline does it anyway. Devo reloads the map later, but Feline still whines about how the map must be cleared. (The only reason he wanted it cleared was because I overtook her empire and became a bigger one.) Although this happened, the map was cleared the day after due to the constant begging of Feline.

Needs to be the biggest and best empire no matter what. Will make up an excuse/lie/RULE to do so. Some rules he has made in order to be the biggest:You may only have 8 cities, currently you may only have 3 (Which is nothing, basically.)
Feline must tell you where to settle, if you resist, you'll most likely be banned.
You cannot make more than one colony. If you make a colony, anyone (really, anyone) can overthrow it. This rule was made when as always, Devo was gone, and I mentioned that I should colonize. I did not want to expand more in Europe, so I might as well colonize some of Africa. Obviously, if I did want to make this one colony, Feline would overthrow it. So basically, colonizing for me is out of the picture.

Here's some examples of how far he'll go in order he stay the strongest:If you become big, you'll most likely be called OP then have your bricks cleared. (Ex: Nicholas/Camper. Was Italy, became pretty big then had his bricks cleared by Feline, without permission from Devo.)

I've been wanting to make a drama about him for a few days now, but at the moment, I'm fed up. Here's what happened today.
Devo's server is private while he is not online. I joined, and nobody was there. I had no intention on causing any of this. I made a fort down in Egypt, which is sort of near Feline, who is in Turkey, Chechnya, and Balkan Europe. This basically surround the Black Sea. Feline has the most land consuming empire on the server, not me.
After making this fort, I rtb Feline to get on because it was sort of boring. Feline and Coburn join, so I'm pretty happy about this. I've been wanting to rp stuff for days, I've just been building basically.
Immediately, Feline goes up to my fort and says, "Funk, this is a colony." I reject this repeatedly as Feline eggs me on about how he is right about something I built and know of. Also, it was pretty loving obvious that it was a fort because in bricktext above it, it said, "FORT BOURNE." How the forget does that sound like a colony? It was surrounded by my soldiers, so how would it be a colony?
Feline de admins me. He says, "Obey your admins." I was a god damn admin. I know the rules pretty loving well. I don't need some dumb loving SA who doesn't know how to run a server to tell my that I need to obey my 'superiors.' Feline just wants to overthrow my "colony."
Blah blah blah, Feline goes on about how I'm wrong. Then, I get spartan kicked. And still, no admin. Pictures below, above was just my reflection on this whole thing.
