Good luck leaving the gang, hopefully it's not one that will hunt you down and kill you for trying to leave.
Nah its way to small of a gang, ands its a much older gang. At the most theres only like 15 guys that are my age. its a dying out gang anyways so im glad I have left.

You'll be sent to jail for violation of your probation, and the simple assault charge (class 1 misdemeanor). You'll be facing 1-2 months per the States reccomendation.
And thanks Jeep. yeah my court is on the 17th and im being charged with battery on school grounds. How much do you think they might add for being on gang terms?

You see, the problem was that you weren't with these guys.

Being in a gang isn't an aggravating circumstance, however, doesn't make you look any better. It depends on the judge, but probably just a stricter punishment for what you've already done. You're probably going to get battery instead of assault, which is a longer punishment.

You need to get out of these gang things. If you don't get it together, this will be your statistical fate:

I know. Im done with the bullstuff and am moving on to a bigger and better life for myself. If I have to do some time for my past actions then that is understandable and acceptable. Hopefully I will prevail and make it out ok enough to continue my life once again, but the right way this time.

Thanks Jeep.

Any time. If you need any help with your trial, PM me. You without a doubt want to stay away. Every person I've ever met who got planted for gang related stuff wishes they could have changed their life before anything serious happened. You have their wish, and I would really take advantage of it.

I feel bad for you man, but in all honesty, the gang part most likely started it. Just remember, if any dumb idea comes to mind, think of the long term consequences, honestly, this got me out of a bunch of crap (like the idea of slamming this one kid's face into lunch table, long story). Hope you get everything straightened out, a court summons does NOT look good on someone's record.

Nope.
Yep.

Most 1st time murderers don't even face life imprisonment. They serve some bullstuff double-digit term and get released just so they can do it all over again.

Chaos, that's simply not true. Most murder cases get life or death. RARELY does a murderer get out free.

Tell that to the convicted ex-con murderers who are thrown in for murder again.

Hm, maybe I am thinking of this wrongly.
Though, in Nebraska, I have heard of this happening in NE, MN, and multiple other states an overwhelming amount of times.

I still think our penal system is too lenient in most areas.

I have a solid background of studying Criminal Law. I've seen the prison system, the judicial system, all of the federal agencies, and a lot more. I've sat in a judges seat, and ridden in the front of a police car. I can assure you that very seldom do murderers get out.

Fair enough. I'll take your word for it.
Apologies.

No
you deserve to get punished for being in a gang
