It's a Gif -_- If I resize it it won't be a GIF any more.

Dude, get ImageReady, look at Loz avatar. I made that from a like 300x400 or something gif just by using the "Image Size" button on the edit menu of ImageReady, no errors except it's sorta fast, but that isn't because of the resizing.

I have never heard of ImageReady. Must be some weird, unpopular crap. Lol.

But I'd advise:
Paint.net (no relation to the Paint in Windows, btw)
The GIMP (very complex, kinda hard2install, but you can make high quality stuff with it)
And if you have the moneys, PhotoShop.

BTW, it's possible to use MS Paint to resize something... It's just kinda hard and not very user-friendly...

Paint can work with, and save, .Gif files.

Although, it can be a bit annoying, and Paint can't use trans. correctly.

Just get a better program for picture edits.

ImageReady comes with Photoshop.

Dam, I hit the thing and it goes to the first post I haven't seen yet, I'm about to post when I scroll down and you've already said it. Ya, ImageReady comes with Photoshop, and if Photoshop is weird, unpopular crap, then you should be banned from even having images on your computer, or letting any show up anywhere on them. I've seen the best versions of Photoshop sell in store for over $1000.

Ok, ok, sheesh.

Heck, I'm just a freeloader when it comes to those kinds of things, so I am most likely highly uninformed about the shiz that you have to pay for.

I'm happy with Paint.net + GIMP. Deal with it. lol.

I'm happly with all three. No, I do not have monies.
